Flat roofs built to last
Felt flat roofs fail a little at a time. We strip back, inspect the deck and rebuild the roof as a sealed, insulated system that lasts.
EPDM, GRP and warm-deck flat roofs
Most failed flat roofs we see on London homes are old felt or torch-on systems that have been patched over the years. The problem is rarely just the surface — it's often the deck, the insulation or the drainage underneath.
We strip the roof back to the deck, replace any rotten boarding, upgrade insulation where required and install a seamless waterproofing system with the correct falls, outlets and drip edges.
EPDM rubber is our most common choice for extensions and garages: flexible, UV-stable and seamless. GRP fibreglass is ideal for balconies and walk-on areas. We'll recommend the right system for your roof, not the easiest one to install.

Signs you might need this
Bubbling or blistering surface
Felt that has lifted from the deck usually means moisture has got in underneath and the roof is near the end of its life.
Standing water
Puddles that don't clear after rain point to poor falls or blocked outlets, which will eventually find a way through.
Patches that keep returning
When you've had the same flat roof repaired repeatedly, a replacement is usually cheaper than the next patch.
