Water at seams and fixings
Loose fixings and failed sealant at seams are the most common cause of leaks in metal roofs.
Rust or coating failure
Once corrosion starts at cut edges or fixings, it spreads. Early treatment is far cheaper.
Noisy, rattling sheets
Loose sheet or fixings will work themselves further loose over time and can let water in.
